Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday.

You will normally receive your order within 3-5 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. (1 day to process your order + 2-4 days shipping)
If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Joban Cosmetics is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method.
Currently Joban Cosmetic products are intended for end use in the United States and Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. To investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
